Saturated inky black heart with a very deep dark purple black tinged hue. Alluring scents of violets, ripe red currants, blueberry and subtle liquorice seduce the olfactory senses with some vanillin cedar, fresh herb, light scorched earth and tobacco notes ensuing. Rich expressive dark cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant and red plum fruits flood the refined mid weight palate. Seamlessly integrated tannins lend further polish and class with some vanillin cedar, earth, infusions of fresh herbs and delicate spicy tobacco elements lingering in the background. Finishes with excellent freshness and a long fleshy aftertaste that oozes sophistication.
Drink over the next 6-8 years plus.

This has a fragrant nose of wild raspberries, plums, baked blueberries, sandalwood, orange zest, chocolate and sage. Lavender and rose petals, too. Medium-to full-bodied with creamy tannins. Floral notes shine through on the supple, caressing finish. Drink now or hold.
