2018 Coffele Castel Cerino Soave Classico

Certified organic. Bright very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Spicy green pear and lime aromas are trailed by hints of green apple and slatey mineral notes. Light and fresh with a mouthfeel akin to that of a rounded pebble stone, the palate has zesty flavours of green apples and lime over distinct wet slate and mineral characters. Dry crisp finish with a zippy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
