2018 Domaine Marcel Deiss Ribeauville

A blend of Riesling, Sylvaner & Pinot Blanc. Bright slightly cloudy straw colour with a watery hue. Expressive aromas of lime, pear and red apple are trailed by subtle honeysuckle, lees and citrusy mineral notes. Dancing across the palate with a real sense of vibrancy are textured flavours of pear. Lime and red apple which overlay a back drop of faint honeysuckle, mandarin, quince and chalky minerals. Finishes dry with zingy acidity and a vividly tangy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
