2018 Erste + Neue Pinot Grigio

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, fresh red apple and citrus roll over faint dried honey, spicy quince and wet stone notes. On the palate there’s plenty of textural volume and concentration to the ripe pear and red apple fruit which is underpinned by subtle dried honey, quince and spice elements. Finishes dry with fresh balanced acidity that lends some zing to a deliciously long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
