2018 Giammarino Cabernet Sauvignon

Midnight black in colour with a deep dark red black hue. Lifted ripe blackcurrant and liquorice aromas mix with spearmint, traces of earthy cedar and spice. Medium to full in body with a ripe juicy textural feel, the palate is flooded with rich blackcurrant fruit which has a minty overlay. Notions of earthy tobacco characters and spicy cedar lying underneath. Sturdily built tannins provide some firmness to the back palate. Excellent depth finishing long and generous.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
