2018 Napa Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in 34% new French oak. Dense inky black colour with a very deep dark red black hue. Aromas of blackcurrant, liquorice and spicy dark plum meld into vanillin cedar and earthy dried herb notes. Rich, fleshy blackcurrant and liquorice fruits overlay notions of dark plum, toasty vanillin cedar, tobacco and spicy earth. A solid tannin structure lends some firmness to the ripe black fruited aftertaste.
