2018 Precious Little Maranaga Shiraz

Matured in a mix of 1-2 year old French oak and 40% new American oak. Dense inky black core with a bright dark purple hue. Aromas of blackberry, liquorice and dark plum show excellent intensity out of the glass with vanillin cedar, hints of blueberry and spicy fennel ensuing. Bright and juicy with a smooth, elegant mid palate feel and fresh finish, generous dark plum, blueberry, liquorice and blackberry fruits sit over vanillin cedar, subtle fennel and spice. Fresh youthful acidity and polished tannins with a lengthy conclusion.
