2018 Provenance Geelong Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of dark plum and liquorice are complexed by smoky cedar, dried meats, herbs and blackpepper. Medium bodied with good flesh, the palate sees spicy dark plum and liquorice fruit overlay dried meats, smoky cedar and earthy dried herbs. Peppery finish with well integrated finely textured tannins and a savoury medium length aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
