2018 Symphonia Pinot Trois Rose

A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Grigio. Translucent pale salmon pink colour. Light peach, pomegranate, strawberry and subtle musk aromas drift from the glass followed by wet stone end notes. Slippery palate entry with supplely textured flavours of peach, raspberry and light pomegranate melding into infusions of wet stone. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a medium to long stony laden aftertaste.
