Very pale water like core with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of pear, lime and green apple are matched with subtle dried honey notes and herb infusions. Light and fresh yet nicely rounded in its feel the palate features flavours of lime and green apple over pears, subtle fresh herb infusions and a light minerality. Dry crisp finish with lingering lime, green apple, fresh herb and mineral characters on the aftertaste.
