2018 The Hidden Sea Shiraz

Totally opaque dark red black core with a bright dark purple red hue. Youthful inky blackberry and liquorice aromas rise from the glass with mint, light earth and spice notes also apparent. Medium weight, ripe juicy blackberry and liquorice flavours subtlety laced with mint sit over some toasty oak and spice. Dryish, slightly chalky tannins with bright acidity and an inky fruit driven aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
