2018 The Pawn Wine Co. Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Nectarine and pear aromas intermingle with hints of bees wax, oily toast like notes and gun flint. Medium bodied and nicely textured the palate features concentrated pear, nectarine and bees wax flavours over oily toast and spicy elements. Finishes dry with lively acidity and lingering roasted almond characters on the aftertaste.
