2018 Warrabilla Limited Release Parola's Shiraz

Dense inky black colour showing great viscosity with a very deep black bright dark red hue. Potent liquorice allsorts, dark plum and ripe morello cherry scents waft from the glass closely followed by dark chocolate, vanillin oak and spice. Full bodied, exceptionally powerful and opulent, flavours of ripe dark plum, liquorice and morello cherries saturate the mouth with lashings of vanillin oak and spice lying beneath. Good fresh acidity and firm yet velvet like tannins combine to provide formidable structure. Excellent depth, the aftertaste long and lavish.
