2019 Allan Scott Pinot Gris

With over 40 years in the wine business nobody has more experience growing grapes in Marlborough than Allan Scott. He has helped planted some of the region’s most famous vineyards and in 1990 launched his own brand, Allan Scott wines.

A rich, lusciously textured Pinot Gris that delivers terrific value.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced ripe pear, red apple, honeycomb and musk aromas are followed by subtle spicy cinnamon notes. Luscious, rich ripe pear, apple and honeycomb flavours show terrific intensity with notions of musk and subtle spice completing the picture. Finishes off dry with fresh balanced acidity and a deliciously fruity aftertaste.
