2019 Bream Creek Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like core with a greenish tinge running around the outskirts. Citrus and grassy gooseberry aromas are played against herbaceous asparagus and light mineral notes. Intense ripe gooseberry, passionfruit and citrus fruits flood the mouth underpinned by herbaceous grassy characters, asparagus and subtle spice. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long pungent gooseberry lead aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
