2019 Briar Ridge Briar Hill Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive glimmer of green to the edges and a watery hue. Elevated white peach and nectarine scents are intermeshed with subtle dried honey notes, cashew, nougat and spice. Rich and creamy in texture, the palate has intense flavours of peach and nectarine which meld into a complex back drop of dried honey, cashew, crème brulee and spicy nougat. Superb balance and depth finishing with a long seductive yet refined aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
