2019 Capel Vale Regional Series Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint glimmer of green around the outskirts. Leaping out of the glass are pungent herbaceous grassy characters, green capsicum and asparagus with some citrus and spicy pencil shaving notes also evident. Continuing the green theme, the palate sports flavours of herbaceous unripe gooseberry, capsicum, grassy asparagus and light pencil shavings. Finishes bone dry with crisp acidity and a light spicy herbaceous aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
