2019 Clairault Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Elevated white peach, nectarine and dried honey aromas drift from the glass followed by some biscuity oak, crème brulee and spicy nougat notes. The mouth is filled with concentrated white peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours which carry ample richness and flesh. Notions of biscuity oak, subtle crème brulee and spicy cashew flow over the back half. Possessing a cream tinged texture it finishes long and moreish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
