2019 Corryton Burge Barossa Shiraz

Dense inky black colour with a very deep black dark red hue. Lifted ripe dark plum and liquorice scents drive the nose with some vanillin oak, scorched earth and pepper notes also chiming in. Rich and fleshy the palate is layered with lush dark plum and liquorice fruits which sit over subtlety smoked vanillin oak and peppered earth elements. Opulently textured and possessing velvet smooth tannins it finishes long and plush.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
