2019 De Bortoli The Estate Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in new and used French oak casks. Dense black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Lifted ripe blackcurrant and bay leaf scents are complimented by some tobacco leaf, dusty earth and spicy cedar notes. Medium bodied red to black currant and mulberry fruits meld into earthy black olive, dusty vanillin cedar and subtle tobacco leaf. Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins and an elegant, dusty aftertaste.
