2019 Domaine de Montille Saint-Aubin En Remilly Premier Cru
Other Reviews....
Here the nose is firmly reduced so be sure to give this some air if you're going to crack a bottle young. Otherwise there is good freshness and verve to the sleek, intense and overtly mineral-suffused flavors that possess fine delineation on the balanced, clean and attractively dry finale. In a word, lovely. Drink 2025+.

Allen Meadows - Burghound
The 2019 Saint-Aubin En Remilly 1er Cru comes from a well-exposed south-facing vineyard on deep soils, the average vine age 35 years. It has a superb nose despite the slight reduction, offering crushed stone, petrichor and apple blossom and almost Loire-like in style. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, very citric in style, and sour lemon toward the finish. Drink 2022-2032.

Fuller yellow with a green tint. Rich and ripe bouquet, more yellow fruit in style, ripely spicy behind, but with a good line of mineral structure.
