2019 Domaine Paul Blanck Pinot Blanc

Bright pale straw to straw colour with a hint of green to the edges and a watery hue. Ripe pear and Jonathan apple aromas fill the nose with dried honey, quince and spice notes also evident. Rich and full in the mouth, luscious ripe pear and honeyed baked apple flavours provide plenty of textural volume. Some musk, spicy quince and ginger elements the back drop. Finishes dry with brisk acidity contrasted against a long well rounded finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
