2019 Eck Wines Heathcote Shiraz No. 1

Dense inky black in colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Alluring liquorice and dark plum scents infused with fennel are trailed by some toasty vanillin oak, earth and peppered meat notes. Rich dark plum and liquorice flavours flood the medium to full bodied palate with notions of spicy vanillin cedar, scorched earth, fennel and peppered dried meats lying underneath. Polished tannins with a blackpepper infused medium to long conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
