2019 Holm Oak Chardonnay

Barrel fermented in 20% new oak. Brilliant very pale straw colour with subtlety green tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted peach and apricot scents meld into dried honey, biscuity nougat and delicate spice notes. Light with a crisp, refreshing feel, the palate features pear, lime and lemon butter flavours over some bees wax, zesty citrus and spice characters. Zippy acidity with an energetically elegant finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
