2019 Jericho Fiano

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of lime and green apples followed by infusions of fresh herbs and light slatey mineral notes. Quite full and rounded in its feel yet finishing with a zesty freshness the palate has flavours of spiced pears, lime and quince finishing dry with crisp acidity and some flinty mineral nuances. The medium length aftertaste has some tang to it.
