2019 Kelvedon Estate Block 5 Pinot Noir

Deep dark red core with black toned edges and a red hue. Black cherry, plum and anise aromas jump out of the glass followed by some strawberry, clove, dried herb, brambly forest floor like characters and spicy cedar notes. Rich and fleshy textured the palate is engulfed with dark to black cherry, anise and strawberry flavours. Plenty of spice, toasty cedar and forest floor elements lie beneath. Polished yet underlyingly sturdy tannins. Excellent power concluding long, supple and spicy.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
