2019 Kyberd Hills Turramurra Vineyard Chardonnay

Matured for 9 months in French oak barrels of which 15% were new. Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with greenish toned edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and pear intermix with lemon butter, bees wax and delicate oily toast like notes. Rich creamy textured flavours of peach, pear, nectarine and honeyed toast characters decorate the mid weighted palate. Notions of bees wax and spice are also evident. Balanced acidity lending a touch of freshness to the well fleshed finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
