2019 Meadowbank Gamay

Semi translucent vibrant red colour with a purple red tinged hue. Fragrant scents of violets, red cherries, plum juice and clove blossom from the glass trailed by earthy incense and spicy fresh herb notes. Light, very elegant flavours of red cherries and winter strawberries have a fresh crunchy feel and are subtly backed by infusions of incense, earth and herbs. Bright acidity and polished tannins with a moderate aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
