Brilliant water like colour with a green tinge to the edges. A vibrant nose of herbaceous gooseberry, passionfruit and citrus is followed by grassy asparagus notes. Zesty passionfruit, ripe gooseberry and citrus flavours fill the mouth with a herbaceous grassy undercarriage. Finishes dry with crisp crunchy like acidity and a long zippy aftertaste.
