(Tasted in 2021) Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear, apple and honeysuckle are trailed by light spice. Quite full with soft acidity, the palate has an even spread of ripe pear, red apple, honeysuckle and spice flavours. Finishes dry with a well rounded and textured aftertaste that’s generously endowed.
