2019 Mt. Monster Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Aromas of dark plums and liquorice mix with toasty vanillin oak, earth and spice. Rich dark plum, blackberry and liquorice fruits are very plump in their feel with elements of toasty vanillin oak and spicy earth lying underneath. Velvety yet sturdily built tannin structure. The aftertaste long, opulent and boldly fruited.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
