2019 Nintingbool Vineyard Pinot Noir

A light, elegant, red fruited Pinot with infusions of mint running thru it.

Matured in French oak barrels. Dark red core with black toned edges and a light red hue. Red cherry and strawberry scents infused with mint mix with some subtle earthy dried clove like notes and spice. Vibrant cherry and winter strawberry fruits are elegantly layered across the light palate with notions of earth, mint and spice in the background. Slightly grainy, graphite like tannins with a fresh spicy red fruited finish of medium length.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
