2019 Patrick P-Series Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in seasoned French oak for 20 months. Totally opaque dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant mix with black olive, tobacco, earthy cedar and bay leaf. The generous mid weighted palate sports rich black currant fruit over a back drop of cedary tobacco characters, dried herbs and spicy black olive nuances. Slightly dryish finish with sturdy tannins and a spicy tobacco and black olive laced aftertaste of medium length.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
