2019 Redcote Heathcote Shiraz

Pitch black core with a dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced aromas of liquorice, blackberry and black cherry engulf the nostrils with some trailing notes of toasty vanillin oak, earth and peppered meats. Rich juicy blackberry, liquorice and ripe black cherry fruits overlay a toasty vanillin oak and peppered earth back drop. Opulent yet slightly chewy mouth feel with a sturdily built tannin structure. Concludes long, succulent and peppery.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
