2019 Riversdale Estate Pinot Noir

Dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a light red hue. Fragrant dark cherry, ripe strawberry, violet and anise scents blossom out of the glass followed by some forest floor and spicy cedar notes. Rich dark to black cherry, ripe strawberry and anise flavours meld into scorched earth and spicy cedar characters on the back half. Fleshy in texture with fine grained tannins it concludes with impressive length.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
