2019 Sans + Pareil Estate Black Label Reserve Merlot

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Elevated red to black currant and mulberry scents are interwoven with subtle cedary tobacco characters, black olive and faint graphite like notes. Medium bodied the palate is layered with a mix of red to black currant and mulberry fruits which are both refined and fleshy in their feel. On the back half are cedary tobacco characters, dried herbs and spicy black olive nuances. Slightly dryish finish with a polished tannin structure and medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
