2019 Santa Cristina Toscana

Shows impressive depth with a black dark red heart and a bright dark red hue. Nosing offers up a mix of dried herb rhubarb and dried meat aromatics which mix with black olive and tobacco notes. Light to medium weight the elegant palate has a spread of red cherry and red currant fruit infused with dried herbs over a vanillin cedar and spicy tobacco back drop. Fine tannin structure with a slightly chalky finish and medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
