2019 The Pawn Wine Co. El Desperado Shiraz

Fruit was sourced from the Adelaide Hills and Langhorne Creek to produce this wine. Opaque black dark red colour with a bright purple red hue. Aromas of plum and dark cherries mix with liquorice, vanillin cedar, light earth and spice. Medium bodied the palate has juicy plum and dark cherry fruits sitting over liquorice and spicy vanillin cedar. Fleshy mouthfeel with soft velvety tannins and a medium length aftertaste that picks up hints of earth.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
