2020 Babich Sauvignon Blanc

Babich's entry level Sauvignon Blanc delivers superb flavour intensity at a terrific everyday drinking price. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Intense herbaceous gooseberry, zingy passionfruit and citrus aromas leap out of the glass followed by some subtle grassy asparagus notes. Mouth watering flavours of passionfruit and ripe gooseberries show excellent concentration backed by a line of snappy acidity. Citrus and grassy asparagus characters drift onto the long zesty finish.
