Brilliant water like core with a distinct glimmer of green around the outskirts. Aromas of freshly sliced pear, lime and green apple are trailed by some wet stone and fresh herb scents. Textural and highly flavoursome the palate is filled with pear, lime and green apple fruits which are supported by a wet stone back drop. Infusions of delicately spiced fresh herbs make an appearance on the crisp dry finish. Long well rounded aftertaste.
