2020 Black Jack Chortle’s Edge Shiraz

Fruit was sourced from both Bendigo and Heathcote. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Elevated spicy dark plum and liquorice scents mix with black cherry, vanillin cedar and peppered dried herb notes. Medium to full bodied the palate is awash with lush aniseed and black cherry flavours which meld into some charry vanillin cedar and peppered earth characters on the back half. Polished tannin structure with a fleshy textured aniseed and pepper driven finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
