2020 Bouchard Pere et Fils La Vignee Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Bouchard Pere et Fils source fruit from a variety of growers located throughout Bourgogne. Maturation is typically 10-15% in French oak barrels with the balance in stainless steel vats for a period of 9 to 10 months. Excellent depth of colour featuring a dark red black core and a bright dark red hue. Fragrant violet, red cherry and strawberry scents meld into some spicy cedar, earth and dried herb notes. Delicious dark cherry and strawberry fruits sit over an inky earth, fresh herb and spicy cedar back drop. Finishes with a youthful freshness, nicely structured gently chewy tannins and a lengthy aftertaste.
