2020 Bream Creek Sauvignon Blanc

Planted in the early 1970's Bream Creek is amongst the earliest commercial vineyards planted in Tasmania.Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinge to the edges. Intense herbaceous gooseberry and grassy asparagus like scents are followed by citrus and subtle flinty notes. Concentrated and racy the palate is awash with gooseberry and citrus fruits which meld into herbaceous grassy characters, asparagus and subtle flinty mineral characters. Nice volume and texture across the palate finishing dry and crisp with a long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
