2020 Bress Shiraz

Matured in a mix of new and older oak. Inky black in colour with a deep dark red black hue. Sailing out of the glass are aniseed and dark plum scents trailed by mint and spicy vanillin cedar notes. Rich plush aniseed, blackberry and dark plum fruits overlay toasty vanillin cedar and peppered fennel characters. A robust tannin structure provides underlying muscle. Concludes ripe and chewy.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
