2020 Cedre Heritage Cahors Malbec

A certified organic blend of 95% Malbec and 5% Merlot matured for 16 months in concrete tanks. Dense midnight black heart with a dark red black tinged hue. The nose offers up aromas of dark plum and blueberry infused with dried herbs, pine and earthy cinnamon notes. The chewy mid weighted palate features red plum and blueberry fruits over pine, dried herbs, earth and cinnamon characters. Firm tannin structure with a generous yet robust conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
