2020 Curator Wine Co Hamlets Shiraz

Dense pitch black in colour with a deep dark red black hue. Wafting out of the glass are heady aromas of blackberry, liquorice and dark plum followed by some dark chocolate and spicy vanillin oak notes. Full, rich and opulent the palate is awash with blackberry, dark plum and liquorice fruit which sits over a toasty vanillin oak, subtle mocha and spice back drop. Velvety tannins concluding long and plush. Delivers excellent power and intensity of flavour for the price.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
