2020 Domaine Bernard Moreau Bourgogne Chardonnay
Other Reviews....
An exuberantly fresh nose blends notes of green apple and lemon-lime with those of floral and discreet spice wisps. There is fine volume to the delicious middle weight flavors that conclude in an agreeably dry bitter citrus pith finish. To enjoy young for its fruit. Drink from 2023+.

Aromas of crisp orchard fruit, fresh bread and citrus zest introduce the 2020 Bourgogne Chardonnay, a medium to full-bodied, ample and charming wine that's bright and chalky in profile. It was bottled before harvest 2021. Drink 2021 - 2033.

Bottled in August the 2020 Bourgogne Chardonnay has an attractive nose with light citrus fruit, apple peelings and honeyuckle. The palate is well balanced with fine depth, slight pithy in style with hints of brioche and hazelnut on the finish. Closure: Diam. Drink 2021-2025.

Bottled before the harvest. Fine clear pale lemon. High class nose, proper white burgundy. Apples and plums, significant volume, some warmth at the back, good acidity, great length for this level. If you like a more powerful style this is first rate.
