Aja Donica is a blend of Vermentinu and an ancient local varietal, Bianco gentile, and is the most crystalline and pure expression in the range. Bursting with white florals and acacia honey, flavours gravitate towards candied lemon, green melon and a gentle sweet spice conclusion. As with all the wines from Vaccelli, perfect balance is the hallmark here.
