Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle glimmer of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and green apple mix with melon and flinty mineral notes. Nicely rounded the palate features fleshy peach and melon fruits over a citrus and flinty mineral back drop. Finishes dry and crisp with a zippy aftertaste.
