2020 Jim Barry Single Vineyard The Farm Cabernet Malbec

Rich, fleshy and minty with a firm structure and ripe, chewy finish.

Matured for 12 months in French oak. Midnight black core with a dark red black tinged hue. Red to black currant and red liquorice aromas infused with mint drift through the nostrils followed by some spicy vanillin cedar and earth notes. Rich fleshy blackcurrant, red plum and red liquorice fruits meld into a spicy vanillin cedar and earthy mint back drop. Imparting a sturdy feel is a firm tannin structure. Ripe, chewy, mid length conclusion.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
